How execution, separation, and public covenant layers work across a 100+ persona roster. Internal gate IDs and implementation detail are out of scope.
Abstract This case study explains how public covenant (constitution) and operational execution (lion/fox metaphor) stay separated on a Culture 100 roster. Twenty-two internal audit gate IDs, commit hashes, and ASB implementation are not published.
