OECD AI Principles Alignment Statement
OECD AI Principles Alignment Statement
XenLook Inc. is committed to the responsible development and deployment of AI systems in alignment with the OECD Recommendation on Artificial Intelligence (2024 update).
1. Inclusive Growth, Sustainable Development and Well-Being
XenLook is an AI creation platform—spanning conversational agents and creative studios—for creators, journalists, and organizations worldwide. Through C2PA content credentials on public AI-generated media and support for 12 interface languages, we help users verify the origin and integrity of digital content while ensuring inclusive access to our AI-powered tools.
2. Human Rights and Fairness (Including Privacy)
Our C2PA-based content provenance system protects the right to accurate information by enabling transparent verification of AI-generated and human-created content. We process only metadata necessary for content authentication and do not collect personal behavioral data.
3. Transparency and Explainability
XenLook embeds C2PA manifests into content, providing a transparent, auditable chain of provenance. Users can inspect how content was created, edited, and signed at every stage. Our AI processes are documented and their outputs are explainable.
4. Robustness, Security and Safety
Our platform is built with security by design. Content signatures use cryptographic standards defined by the C2PA specification. We conduct regular security assessments. XenLook Inc. is listed on the CSA STAR Registry (Level 1 self-assessment, CAIQ v4.1, listed 2026-06-12) at cloudsecurityalliance.org/star/registry/xenlook-inc. We also completed a voluntary self-assessment under Singapore's IMDA AI Verify Testing Framework (11 principles).
5. Accountability
XenLook maintains clear accountability through designated roles: Ho-Yeon Nam (CEO) oversees AI governance, and Ki-Yeon Nam (CPO) manages technical implementation. We welcome feedback at [email protected].
IMDA self-assessment, Korea TTA self-check, and AI Basic Act checklist for ConvAI are on the chatbot certification page.
