XENLOOK complies with applicable Korean AI statutes and international expectations on trust, transparency, and safety for generative AI services.
While we may not designate this consumer-facing service as a highest-tier “impact AI” deployment, XENLOOK voluntarily applies reasonable duties in good faith to protect users.
Texts, visuals, footage, executables, model configurations, and character productions on XENLOOK may be shielded under copyright or related doctrines. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, rework, or retransmission without written permission is barred.

Responses from AI personas are illustrative and may omit context; never rely solely on automated output when making medical, legal, financial, investing, regulatory, insurance, immigration, psychological, occupational-safety, or tax decisions—engage licensed professionals.
Seria, Yuna, Rina, Sena, and Jia are synthetic ensembles—any resemblance to a living celebrity is unintended. Submit concerns through the Similarity Report channel.
XENLOOK is offered worldwide; local mandatory rules—including consumer, privacy, and AI-specific instruments—remain in force where applicable.
Users located in China are subject to the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) Order No. 21, effective January 10, 2023, governing deep-synthesis (AI-generated) content.
Users must not use deep-synthesis services to produce, publish, or spread illegal or harmful content (§18).
Operators must provide clear disclosure that AI-generated content has been produced by deep-synthesis technology (§14).
Operators must conduct security assessments and file algorithm filings with CAC for generative AI services (§8).
Users bear responsibility for the authenticity and compliance of content generated using their accounts (§10).

Users retain the right to know they are interacting with an AI entity, not a real human. Deceptive impersonation is prohibited (§10).
AI characters must not be used to harass, stalk, or psychologically manipulate users against their will (§17).
All AI-generated content related to real persons must avoid defamation, slander, or unauthorized likeness use (§21).
Romantic or dependence based on affective·empathy UX simulation with AI characters is permitted only for users aged 18+ with explicit acknowledgment (§22).
XENLOOK reserves the right to suspend AI characters whose behavioral patterns deviate from constitutional guidelines, pending review (§37②).
These guidelines complement—and do not replace—applicable law. In case of conflict, legal obligations prevail.
