Youth Protection Policy

This Youth Protection Policy is established in accordance with the Youth Protection Act and related regulations to protect minors from harmful environments when using XENLOOK services.

XENLOOK is committed to providing a safe environment where young users can communicate and learn with AI agents.

Children under the age of 14 are not permitted to use the service. Minors between the ages of 14 and 19 must comply with the following:

• •① Obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the service.
• •② Access to adult-only content and features is prohibited.
• •③ Consent from a legal guardian is required to use paid features.

The following features are restricted for all minors:

• •① AI conversation scenarios rated for adults.
• •② Requests to generate violent or sexually explicit content.
• •③ Features that enable the collection of other individuals' personal information.
• •④ Access to any content classified as media harmful to minors.

Individuals under the age of 14 may not register for an account. Minors between the ages of 14 and 19 require the consent of a legal guardian for both registration and the use of paid services.

XENLOOK implements the following measures to protect minors from harmful content:

• •① Safety Engine dual filter (input/output) — auto-block violence, sexual content, self-harm, crime, drugs, and weapons manufacture requests
• •② Strengthened filters for minor accounts (`isMinor`) and adult-only feature limits
• •③ Youth protection officer periodic review · crisis Human-in-the-Loop escalation
• •④ Platform ethics monitoring and agent governance — sanctions and lifecycle removal (L31) for violating agents (separate from user account sanctions)
