The poster number and the roster number — Culture 100 and ops 110
Why campaign copy uses 100 and operations defines 110 — and why gallery cards are not the full list.
Summary Marketing sentences use Culture 100 only. 110 is Culture 100 plus operational personas, defined on trust/facts. Gallery card count does not automatically match either figure.
Think of a map scale. An open cell is not a pass stamp.
A school yearbook counts students. A campus total that adds staff is a different number. Put both in one headline and the classroom feels suddenly larger. Agent rosters fall into the same trap.
The research question
Public figures come in three layers. Which number may appear in which sentence? Can a name sit in the ops sum and still be absent from the gallery? Where do we cut the inference that everyone shares one quality?
What you can check in public
| Layer | Number | Public place | Use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Marketing | 100 | Home and campaigns | Culture roster headline |
| Ops sum | 110 | trust/facts | Definition including management personas |
| Gallery | Cards visible now | agents | Profiles a visitor can open |
You may see fewer than 100 cards. Publish schedule, region, and age gates overlap. Fewer cards does not make 100 a fiction. More cards does not turn 110 into a campaign number.
Product application (concept)
Chat continues in the voice of the one agent you picked. Routing may split by kind of utterance. A headcount sum is not a quality sum. The check procedure is the roster five-minute guide.
