Research
Keep the source next to the answer — XenRAG
Finds short citable slices only when a turn needs a check, and shows them in the result pane. It does not crawl the live web.
Summary XenRAG finds short, citable slices for the current turn and puts them in the result pane. This is a pilot. Not every answer gets a source, and it does not read the live web cover to cover.
Think of a map scale. An open cell is not a pass stamp.
A cook leaves a small card beside the plate. The card lists today’s ingredients. It does not reprint the whole menu. XenRAG is that card. The agent continues in its own voice. Only the pieces that need checking sit beside the chat.
What this product does
When a turn needs a check, XenRAG looks through material already kept. Those slices appear in the side pane. Greetings and comfort may never open it. A closed pane is not a failure.
Longer context lines up with the memory engine. Research already sent outside goes through XenSearch. Do not merge the two names into one search box.

What we do not claim
A perfect source on every question · full live-web coverage · “smarter now” from this feature alone · a public training corpus.
