Summary Youth protection is not a banner line. Age decision, feature gates, content rules, and guardian rights move on one axis. The canons are youth-safety and the guardian portal. We do not claim 100% risk removal.
Think of a map scale. An open cell is not a pass stamp.
A height stick at a park ride is brutally simple. Under the mark, the ride stays closed. In a digital product the stick becomes age and consent. If the stick exists at only one door, people walk through another. Protection therefore needs the entrance, the ride, the notice, and a guardian window together.
Background
Age is not one banner. It is a question asked again at every door. Passing signup does not open payment, studio, or chat unless the same rule says so.
Public layers
What stays public: the policy page, the guardian window, the youth notice in the constitution, and the refusal to say every risk is gone. Inner device names are not in this essay.
What this product does
Three layers are conceptual. Implementation detail lives in public policy and a technology note. This essay teaches how not to mix the layers.
