Abstract
The 21 Aug 2026 Korea AI Ethics Principles are a voluntary norm (AI Basic Act Art.27). Binding duties live in the AI Basic Act, Enforcement Decree, and MSIT guides. XenLook publishes self-assessment and public links on the Constitution 🇰🇷 2026 KR AI Ethics tab and this article. Not government certification or 100% compliance.
